Welcome
I hope you are considering making massage a part of your life (if it is not already). I am a trauma informed massage therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community who strives to help others feel seen, comfortable, and welcome.
A Little About Me
Massage therapy was an interesting career option for me because I spent many years receiving and experiencing the benefits of massage. As a client, I was curious about the massage techniques used and how they affected the body. I was surprised by the knowledge massage therapists had and saw both the short-term and lasting results of their work. I am now in a position where I am able to help others in the same way and I am honored to have a role in your journey.
Credentials
I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado in October of 2018 and I obtained my massage license in December of that same year. In August of 2019, I received instruction in trauma informed massage from M.E.S.A in Lafayette, Colorado. I am CPR certified.
I have experience working in chiropractic, sports, and mental health settings. I also have experience working with hypermobility and those who have sensory sensitivities.
Just For Fun
I have many interests in addition to massage and my hobbies frequently change. I currently enjoy reading mystery & thriller novels, finding new restaurants, watching true crime, listening to political and mental health podcasts, and spending quality time with friends and family.
