Welcome

I hope you are considering making massage a part of your life (if it is not already). I am a trauma informed massage therapist and a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable, seen, and welcome to show up as they are.
A Little About Me
Massage therapy is my second career. It was an interesting option for me because I spent many years receiving and experiencing the benefits of massage. As a client, I was curious about the techniques used and how they affected the body. I was surprised by the amount of knowledge massage therapists had and saw both the short-term and lasting results of their work. I am now in a position where I am able to help others in the same way and I am honored to have a role in your journey.
Credentials
I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado in October of 2018 and obtained my massage license in December of that same year. In August of 2019, I received instruction in trauma informed massage from M.E.S.A in Lafayette, Colorado. I am CPR certified and a member of the Safe Space Alliance.
I am currently only massaging within my private practice through I previously worked in chiropractic, sports, and mental health settings. I also have experience with hypermobility, neuropathy, and sensory sensitivities.
Just For Fun

- In my previous career as a planning analyst, I was one of the go-to people for onboarding interns and new hires. I was known for being thorough -- a skill that also shows up in my work as a massage therapist.
- While I have an irrational fear of spiders, I've kept 3 jumping spiders as pets.
- I was obsessed with the musical "Rent" when I was younger and could sing every lyric in the entire show (though you wouldn't want me to since I don't sing very well).
- My favorite place (so far) is San Francisco.
