Welcome
I hope you are considering making massage a part of your life (if it is not already). I am a trauma informed massage therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable, seen, and welcome to show up as they are.
A Little About Me
Massage therapy is my second career. It was an interesting option for me because I spent many years receiving and experiencing the benefits of massage. As a client, I was curious about the massage techniques used and how they affected the body. I was surprised by the knowledge massage therapists had and saw both the short-term and lasting results of their work. I am now in a position where I am able to help others in the same way and I am honored to have a role in your journey.
Credentials
I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado in October of 2018 and I obtained my massage license in December of that same year. In August of 2019, I received instruction in trauma informed massage from M.E.S.A in Lafayette, Colorado. I am CPR certified.
In addition to my private practice, I have experience working in chiropractic, sports, and mental health settings. I also have experience working with hypermobility and those who have sensory sensitivities.
Just For Fun
Outside of massage, I'm a bit of a dabbler. I have many interests and like to try new things so my hobbies frequently change. I'm currently enjoying weekend mountain drives, baking, crafts, and several TV shows (Last of Us, Wayward, Haunted Hotel, Wednesday, Is It Cake?, and BattleBots).
