Welcome

I hope you are considering making massage a part of your life (if it is not already). I am a trauma informed massage therapist and a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable, seen, and welcome to show up as they are.

A Little About Me

Massage therapy is my second career. It was an interesting option for me because I spent many years receiving and experiencing the benefits of massage. As a client, I was curious about the massage techniques used and how they affected the body. I was surprised by the knowledge massage therapists had and saw both the short-term and lasting results of their work. I am now in a position where I am able to help others in the same way and I am honored to have a role in your journey.

Credentials

I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado in October of 2018 and I obtained my massage license in December of that same year. In August of 2019, I received instruction in trauma informed massage from M.E.S.A in Lafayette, Colorado. I am CPR certified.

In addition to my private practice, I have experience working in chiropractic, sports, and mental health settings. I also have experience working with hypermobility and those with sensory sensitivities.

Just For Fun

I'm currently excited about physical and mental wellness, crafts, mystery & thriller novels (reading The Woman in Cabin 10 right now), mobile games, and several tv shows: Battle Bots, Dr. Who (Ncuti Gatwa is my favorite Doctor), Uzumaki, The Boyfriend, Search Party.
