Welcome

I hope you are considering making massage a part of your life (if it is not already). I am a trauma informed massage therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community who strives to help others feel seen, comfortable, and welcome.

A Little About Me

Massage therapy was an interesting career option for me because I spent many years receiving the benefits of massage. As a client, I was curious about the massage techniques used and how they affected the body. I was always impressed with the knowledge the massage therapists had and saw both the short-term and lasting results of their work. I am now in the position to help others in this same way. I am invested in the wellness of my clients, and I am honored to play a role in their healing journey.

Credentials

I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado in October of 2018 and I obtained my massage license in December of that same year. In August of 2019, I received instruction in trauma informed massage from M.E.S.A in Lafayette, Colorado. I am CPR certified.

I have experience working in chiropractic, sports, and mental health settings. I also have experience working with hypermobility and those who have sensory sensitivities.

Just For Fun

I have many interests in addition to massage. I currently enjoy reading mystery & thriller novels, trying new (to me) restaurants, watching true crime shows, listening to podcasts, doing fun physical activities that bring me joy (like swimming, roller skating, and hiking), and spending quality time with friends and chosen family.
