Welcome

Hello and welcome to my small corner of the internet! I am glad you found this page and hope you are considering making massage a part of your life (if it is not already). As a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am proud to provide massage services in a welcoming environment to clients who are also LGBTQIA+. While I have many clients who are not a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, this is still a large focus of my practice.

A Little About Me

I grew up in New Haven, Connecticut and moved to New York City in 2005 but I quickly discovered that living in NYC was not for me! I moved to Colorado in 2006 and I have lived along the front range ever since.

Before I became a massage therapist, I worked in staffing and analytics as well as the food service and retail industries. Massage therapy was an interesting career option to me because I spent many years receiving the benefits of massage. As a client, I was curious about the massage techniques used and how they affected the body. I was always impressed with the knowledge the massage therapists had and saw both the short-term and lasting results of their work. I am now in the position to be able to help others in this same way. I am invested in the wellness of my clients, and I am honored to play a role in their healing journeys.

Credentials

I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado in October of 2018 and I officially obtained my license in December of that same year. In August of 2019, I received instruction in trauma informed massage from M.E.S.A in Lafayette, Colorado. I am also CPR certified.

I have experience working in chiropractic, injury recovery, sports, and mental health settings. I also have experience working with people who have sensory sensitivities.

Just For Fun

In addition to massage, I also enjoy art, writing, gardening and plants, going on adventures to new places, concerts, trying new food or recipes, and spending time with friends and chosen family.
